What happens after I get in touch?

You get a reply within one business day, from an engineer rather than a salesperson. The first conversation is a straightforward call about what you are dealing with. No pitch deck, no discovery process to sit through. If we are a fit we will tell you what we would do and what it would cost. If we are not, we will say so.

What should I include in my message?

Tell us what is going wrong and roughly how big the team and the codebase are. What framework you are on, what has already been tried, and what is actually forcing the issue right now: a deadline, a migration, a departure, or the accumulated weight of it. You do not need to have diagnosed the problem. Working out what is really broken is part of the job.

Do I need to know what kind of engagement I want?

No. Most people arrive knowing something is wrong without knowing whether they need an audit, an embedded engineer, or a fractional lead. That is a normal starting point, and picking the right shape of engagement is something we work out with you on the first call.

Where is PXLS based and how do you work?
